Thank you for your question. You have an excellent overall appearance! I see what you are talking about. Yes, it could definitely be the Strattice, but I would not ignore this. I'd definitely suggest having your PS take a look. Potentially, he/she could release some of that scar tissue, maybe even add some fat grafting to help camouflage the irregularities after the mastectomy. Best wishes

Thank you for sharing your photographs and questions with this panel. It’s possible that the areas you’re referring to may be folds or irregularities within the Strattice, itself, or are areas of uneven subcutaneous tissue (assuming you had a mastectomy performed). 
However, I agree with the recommendations you’ve received to speak directly with your Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He or she will want to know about the concerns you have and will best able to instruct you on how to proceed.
