I'm sorry you are battling problems after your breast cancer surgery. There may be some options to improve this. They have to be weighed against the risks and what the surgeon realistically thinks he/she can reliably make better for you. It depends on many, many factors to be considered. I'd suggest meeting with a surgeon near you that you trust for another opinion. I NEVER hesitate to have one of my patients visit w/ another plastic surgeon for a 2nd opinion. Most of the time, we agree. But, on occasion, another surgeon might feel they can make an improvement and I'll I'd ever want is for my patient to be happy and well-cared for. Best wishes
