One was slightly smaller before the operation anyway but he decided to put 250cc in both! It was 8 months ago. They look assymetrical in pictures but in the mirror I don't notice? One looks higher up than the other

Answer: Breast Asymmetry There are a couple of points to address with your question. First, what do surgeons do with different size breasts and breast augmentation? The answer varies between surgeon. Many surgeons do exactly what your surgeon did and use the same size implant. This is because as the implant matures the breast tends to mold around the implant and the natural breast volume decreases making the breasts seem similar. Some surgeons feel that there is an advantage to using slightly larger implant in the slightly smaller breast. Lastly some surgeons will use a little fat transfer with the same size implants to even out the breast. Ultimately it is up to the surgeon and his or her experience. Second, asymmetry following augmentation can be from either baseline asymmetry before surgery or from a capsule formation or from an implant malposition (bottoming out, for example). I suggest you speak with your surgeon and review your result with him or her. It is important that you look at photographs from before your procedure so you can understand what your baseline asymmetry was. Good Luck!

Answer: I had a Breast Enlargement 8 months ago. Should the surgeon have put a bigger implant size in the smaller breast? I believe the major cause of your asymmetry is that the right, lower breast implant is placed too low. This can be corrected surgically and if you choose to do that your surgeon can consider using a smaller implant on that side to match the left breast. Please see the Link below:
