How many units of Dysport are usually used for crows feet, brow lift, and eleven lines? I feel I’m being underdosed.

Began using Dysport on 5/1/18. I had 100 units for brow lift, crows feet, and 11 lines. It lasted 5 weeks and I could still mostly scrunch my face. Contacted injector at 2 weeks (Nothing done ) and 6 weeks when she injected 10 units. That did NOTHING. On 8/1 I went to another reputable injector. He thought 100 units was a lot and said I only needed 70 units. 1 week since the injections and I can still scrunch my face completely. It’s getting frustrating. Am I being underdosed and wasting money?
