How many units of Dysport for crows feet, brow lift, and eleven lines?

The exact amount of Dysport needed, like all neurotoxins, varies from one person to the next. It depends on several factors, including your anatomy, how strong (or "thick") your muscles are, the desired results, etc. Men for example, require significantly more units than women, for the same areas.
For the areas that you mentioned, 100 units of Dysport is very reasonable, and should give you definite results. If you did not see anything at all, then I would be skeptical about the actual amount injected and/or the authenticity of the product. You should always have your neurotoxin injections done by experienced and reputable injectors who will only buy their products directly from the manufacturer in the USA, even if it costs a little more.

Typical three-area injection with Dysport is 140-160 units.  As with all neurotoxins, efficacy is usually a dosing issue.  Typically I will use 60 units in the glabella 10-20 in the forehead, and 20-40 units on each side for crow's feet.

In general, 100 units of Dysport works well for many patients looking to achieve a brow lift and diminish 11 lines. I have used more in many patients and less in others.  There is no single, across the board dose that works in all people. The ideal dose depends on a number of factors including muscle strength, size, density, injection technique but also (and very importantly) what your goals are. Some people like some movement, others like very little movement.  If your injector evaluates you and agrees you aren't responding appropriately to dysport despite the correct technique and incremental dosing, you may try one of the other neurotoxins (Botox, Xeomin).
