Dysport after lower and upper blepharoplasty

The muscle paralysis caused by Dysport is not likely to noticeably affect the tightening obtained during an eyelid lift surgery.

You can still have Dysport injections after an upper and lower blepharoplasty. If done by an experienced injector it should only enhance your results, not cause issues. The specific location of the injections doesn't necessarily change because of your surgery.

Dysport locks the release of a chemical called acetylcholine, which triggers the muscle contractions that create wrinkles. Dysport essentially paralyze the muscles and stops them from contracting. Results from these treatments are visible within 3-7 days with results that can last anywhere from 3-4 months. Having treatment to the crowsfeet after a blepharoplasty is a great way to enhance your results. It would be best to wait until you are fully healed from surgery. Hope this helps.

The crow's feet area is perfectly safe for injection post blepharoplasty.  It won't affect your surgery as different muscles are involved.  The treatment should compliment the results you have already achieved.

Neuromodulators like Botox and Dysport can be safely and effectively used after blepharoplasty. Since it has been 4 months since your surgery, it is ok to start having these treatments. I would not worry about these treatments affecting your surgical results.
