It is possible to have adverse reactions to Dysport weeks after first injection?

If so, how can I treat It? I had it one time on my frown line. Symptoms are: tingles throughout body, headaches, shortness of breath, lump in my throat, fatigue, tightness in face and increased anxiety. I have Clear scans and blood work. Thank you in advance for your input.
