I had a rhinoplasty procedure 5 days ago. I still have the splint on top of the nose but last night I accidentally hit my elbow which scared me so I kind of threw my head back, shut my eyes, and "scrunched" my nose (its pretty hard to have any kind of movement in this thing) it just felt really strange, as if it had pulled or tugged at my nose. I know very little movement of the nose is best for healing, but is it possible that I could have damaged something by moving the wrong way? Thank you!!
