I'm 19 yrs old and I would like to get the hump on my nose removed soon. I also have breathing problems and I would like to know around how much $ should I save up for the typical rhinoplasty job near the Los Angeles area.

Answer: Price for the typical rhinoplasty in the Los Angeles area? Prices in your area are higher than other parts of the country. A typical price range for a highly experienced rhinoplasty surgeon would likely fall between $7000 - 15,000. In many major cities, the price would likely fall at the lower end of that range but depending upon which office you choose and which part of LA you might be looking at the higher end. Regardless of price, choose a rhinoplasty expert who choose to focus on nasal surgery and performs at least 100 rhinoplasty cases each year. I hope this information is helpful for you.Stephen Weber MD, FACSDenver Facial Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Cost of rhinoplasty The cost will depend on a number of factors. Sometimes if you are able to combine a functional component with the cosmetic portion, there is a chance your insurance will pick up a portion of the surgery. I would recommend visiting with a few rhinoplasty surgeons so your case can be discussed in detail. Best of luck
