It depends not only on real value-for-your-dollar items such as technical ability, sense of aesthetics, experience and years in practice, but perceived worthy qualities such as location, office appearance and social media comments (which may or may not be valid). Prices appear to be between $5,000 and $15,000 with the majority being somewhere in between. It is best to see several doctors who specialize in nasal surgery to find the one who seems to be on the same page with you regarding the end result you seek, as well as one who has demonstrated through many "before & afters" that he has the technical ability to get there. If you are buying an item of clothes, go to the store selling that item at the best price. But don't try to find the cheapest surgeon to operate on your face!
