What kind of treatment can help my dimple near my eye after an accident? (Photos)

If your dimple occurs only when you smile, it is likely that Botox will diminish or eliminate the dimple for as long as the Botox lasts.  If the scar is depressed, filler or fat grafting may help.  Scar revision to release the abnormal muscle motion could be helpful as well.  

Thank you for your question and supplying photos.  Since this happens when you smile, Botox may be used to relax the muscle(s) engaged when smiling. The indentation is most likely due to scar tissue formation, which would need to be released.  If after releasing it, there is still an indent, a dermal filler may be used to fill in the indentation. Releasing the scar tissue by subcision alone should make a big improvement and is done simply under local anesthesia.

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  Botox would help with the facial animation in the area preventing you from creating the dimple but a longer-term treatment would revolve around releasing the scar tissue that is causing the indentation to occur.  Hop this helps.

Hello and thank you for your question and photo's.  I would used both, botox and a hyluronic acid filler to plump up the dimple.   Find an experienced reputable injector in your area.

If the dimple is present only when you smile then Botox may help diminish the appearance.  If it is present even when you are not smiling you can consider fillers for a temporary improvement.  For a more permanent improvement you can also consider fat grafting.  See a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to determine the best treatment for you.

to have it improved. Anytime an injury occurs, the repair process may cause fat
to absorb and scar formation to tether the skin to the underlying muscle.
That's why the dimple forms when you smile or wink your eye. 
Releasing
the scar and filling in the defect with fat would be my first recommendation
but you may consider a hyaluronic acid filler as well. Botox is not such a
bad idea by weakening the muscle creating the dimple and may be used to
optimize fat grafting BUT it may also cause an unnatural appearance depending
on the position of that muscle.
Discuss
your concerns with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for your most optimal
