I would recommend you see a plastic surgeon who specializes in either head and neck reconstruction or craniofacial surgery.  They are the the surgeons who have the most experience in this field.  Specifically, Dr Stephen Beals would be an excellent choice.

If your deficits are mild an well trained board certified plastic surgeon should be able to help you and the tissues can be treated slightly different to correct weakness. Well, there are several options for your uneven smile. You can have an elaborate facial reanimation procedure that requites hospitalization, or you can have a relatively simple clinical procedure that will elevate the corner of your mouth. We have had success with simple PDO barbed suture "thread lift" type procedures, combined with a small amount of Botox into the depressor muscles of the corner of the mouth.
