I really don’t want to do implants and want it to look natural - nothing too crazy. I would like more projection when looking at it from the side and a little less boxy from the front and back. Is a BBL possible/recommended with my frame? Thanks!
Answer: Should I get a BBL? I have an athletic build, and am interested in getting a BBL. hello thank you for your question and provided information as well ..based in the picture you showed in your case its not look you have fat, to get very well result, you can apply for butt implant.my recommendation is to get consultation with a plastic surgeon, because the price is different, it depends on the clinic, country, the procedure, ect ..

Answer: You're Likely A Great Candidate Based on your photos, it appears as if you'd be a great candidate for a Brazilian Butt lift to achieve a bit more side view projection as well as a little curvier (less boxy) from the front and back views. It is amazing how a BBL can create a new ratio between waist, hips, and buttocks that is noticeable from the front and back as well from the side.BBL results are highly dependent on surgical technique during harvesting, processing and re-injecting fat. Be sure to speak with board certified (american board of plastic surgery) plastic surgeons who are experienced with gluteal fat grafting and can speak to every aspect of your surgery during your consult. Have your surgery in an accredited surgery center (aaaasf, jcaho) and choose a surgeon who has read the ASERF report and recent publications about mortality in BBLs. You'll also want to choose a surgeon who uses IV Sedation instead of General Anesthesia.Be sure to look at before and after photos to find patients with before photos that match your body type (slender, athletic, boxy) to see the typical results achieved with that surgeon.Best wishes!

Answer: BBL candidate Dear JustJill81,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Answer: Should I get a BBL? I have an athletic build, and am interested in getting a BBL. (Photos) Thinner patients can have great results with BBL. The thinner patient requires an expert at liposuction to remove as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth. Implants can be used as well but may impact higher level athletics.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Answer: Thin With a BBL In order for a BBL to occur, there must be fat to be removed, harvested and injected into the glutes. The greater the amount of transferrable fat on a patient, the greater the size of the new buttocks. However, there are many patients who have minimal fat that are still great candidates for a BBL, as long as they are realistic about their results. Even small amounts of fat added to the hips and/or glutes can provide a subtle, but noticeable difference. When patients have very minimal to no fat, I typically suggest using a poly-L-lactic acid, such as Sculptra, to enhance their shape. While fillers are not permanent, they do add volume to your buttocks for up to three years by stimulating collagen growth in your skin, therefore adding suppleness and volume to the area. Always find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for the best results! Best wishes!
