I've been looking into getting an breast augmentation for a while now, I am willing to travel 3 to 4 hours to get them done. Currently I am a 36b but not a full 36b. I would like to go up to a 38D with scillicone. What is an estimate cost of that in scottsdale or phoenix in general?

There are saline implants, silicone implants and shaped silicone implants which all have different costs associated. "cheapest" isn't always best, so do your homework and seek out a board certified plastic surgeon.
