Unfortunately, your photos are limited. The best way to review the radix is from a true side view which you have not provided. I recommend you send a true frontal view and true side view as well as a view from the floor looking upward so we can see the tip of the nose.

Hi from Istanbul, thanks for this question. Certainly, sculpting a lower radix is feasible. This can be done either by rasping down the bone at the radix or surgically reducing the muscle tissue in that area. Along with lowering the radix, slightly reducing the nasal hump would create a more harmonious look. So, the changes you're considering are doable. The bone at the root of the nose, or the radix, is very thick. The amount of lowering that may be achieved at this part of the nose varies from patient to patient. In technical terms, there is nothing wrong with your nose but the type of change that you are describing often has the effect of opening the space around the eyes on the three-quarter . Personal preferences in this matter are of course important.

It is technically possible to achieve changes of this type with reasonable predictability. When a more significant reduction of the radix is entertained, it is also important to obtain a cone beam CT scan of the paranasal sinuses to make sure that the frontal sinus is not close to the area of projected reduction.

Sometimes, for a change of this nature, it is valuable to do also a computer simulation in 3-D apart from the typical photographs simulations, to get a better representation of the impact that it would have on the three-quarter view.

Your bridge needs to be lowered. Lowering the radix a little bit can also be done but your high bridge is really the issue, not the radix

To assess the nose from an aesthetic perspective, we always do so, in context to the rest of the face. While I appreciate the desire to maintain anonymity, we always need full facial pictures to make and nasal assessments. Facial asymmetry is common and the appearance of the nose Needs to be taken into context to baseline facial asymmetry.
To get a more accurate assessment and better understanding of various treatment options I suggest having multiple in person consultation with local, board-certified plastic surgeons, who have extensive experience with rhinoplasty surgery. If you can find a plastic surgeon specialist exclusively in this procedure, it is ideal.
The following are some general guidelines for finding the right provider.
To find the best provider, I suggest patient schedule multiple in person consultations with experienced plastic surgeons in their community. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of previous patients who have similar body or facial characteristics to your own. An experienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. An experienced provider should in fact have hundreds or preferably thousands of before and after pictures to choose from for commonly performed procedures.
Being shown a handful of preselected images, representing the best results of a provider’s career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results will look like in the hands of each provider.
There is no correct number of consultations needed to find the best provider. The more consultations you scheduled the more likely you are to find the best provider for your needs.
Take careful notes during each consultation, especially regarding the quantity and quality of before and after pictures. It’s not a bad idea to bring pictures of your own body/face to use as reference when reviewing before and after pictures.
The biggest mistake patients make is scheduling only one consultation without properly vetting or comparing providers before scheduling surgery.
