Unfortunately, your photos are limited. The best way to review the radix is from a true side view which you have not provided. I recommend you send a true frontal view and true side view as well as a view from the floor looking upward so we can see the tip of the nose.

The bone at the root of the nose, or the radix, is very thick. The amount of lowering that may be achieved at this part of the nose varies from patient to patient. Hi from Istanbul, thanks for this question. Certainly, sculpting a lower radix is feasible. This can be done either by rasping down the bone at the radix or surgically reducing the muscle tissue in that area. Along with lowering the radix, slightly reducing the nasal hump would create a more harmonious look. So, the changes you're considering are doable.
