I have a very specific request when it comes to my rhinoplasty goals and I fear that it may not be possible to achieve. I have an overly large nose with a hump, yet I would like to keep some elements of it. I prefer stronger more androgynous features and would like to keep the little bit of masculinity I feel that a stronger nose brings to my face. However, I cannot stand my nose tip. I hate how bulbous, droopy, shapeless, and over projected it looks. Is it possible to still keep some of my nose hump/ the bony part of my nose in tact while completely altering the tip to be less droopy and have more structure without it looking not harmonious? I’m okay with taking down some of the size of my nose hump as it is disproportionate to my face, but I don’t want to completely lose it to have a perfectly straight nose or worse a sloped nose that is too feminine for me. All I’ve seen from before and after pictures thus far look too feminine and artificial for my tastes. The main thing I want changed is the tip and the nostrils because they make my nose look hideous when I smile, becoming even more bulbous and drooped than it already was. Am I able to raise/ sculpt the nose tip without having an overly feminine sloped profile?
