Good morning,Kinda sorta not really- yes your implants sit a little low, which takes away from your upper pole fullness, but you don't have a lot of the classic signs and symptoms of bottoming out- very high nipples, double bubble, pain, asymmetry....but on the other hand your implants could be placed higher and I would do that using the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique, which lifts and supports your implants in a higher position. I first developed this technique over 20 years ago, and today it is the most common revision I perform, at least 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!
You do appear to be a little bit bottomed out. You don't mention what the revision was, but if you have then re-done then consider an internal bra with Galaflex.
Dear nat1915,bottoming out occurs when the implant falls below the current breast crease or inframammary line. It's more likely to happen with inframammary incisions, which is why I try not to use the inframammary approach to any breast surgery.Bottoming out can also occur if an implant is too large for the breast pocket. That is why it is important to choose an implant size that's correct for your body. I perform numerous measurements in the office to determine optimal implant size for my patient's bodies. If you are concerned, please check it with your plastic surgeon for reassurance and to further discuss your options and possibility of revision.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

On the border of "bottoming, maybe, but appearance looks great. I might try fat grafts to upper poles of your breasts to improve the appearances. Fees in the $7,000+++ ranges. Best to discuss with your chosen operative surgeon. Plus would be nice to see front view of the before surgery photos....
Do remember that you did not like your breasts prior to surgery, so with removal only, you still probably will not be happy. I would suggest going smaller and a moderate profile.
Yes, you large implants are probably the cause of your neck and shoulder pain. At 5'2" and 130 pounds, 520 cc implants are large and heavy. I would suggest going down to around 300 to 350 max.
Dear Ravenevar, many women seek improved cleavage. Narrowing the cleavage plane can be done very carefully by a skilled surgeon. Moving the implants too far medially can result in synmastia or unaboob which is very difficult to correct. That being said, the right amount of pocket dissection and...
