I’m 5’2 and weigh approximately 130 pounds. I had saline implants that weighed 260 cc. I had them removed a year ago and had 520 cc’s of silicone put in. I’m having excruciating neck, back and shoulder pain specifically on the right side. What could cause this???

At 5'3", 650 cc implants are too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. However, loose all the weight you want to first, and then access your breasts.
Your implants may still be sitting somewhat high, and you may need a lift. Your implants do appear to be somewhat large for your frame. I would go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns.
