Can my 520cc breast implants be causing my neck, back and shoulder pain?

520 cc implants weigh over l lb each. This is more than likely the cause of your neck, back and shoulder pain. The technique I recommended is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

generally speaking, the weight of large breast implants can cause neck and upper back discomfort. I would suggest you to visit your doctor and get an examination and recommendations.

Yes, you large implants are probably the cause of your neck and shoulder pain. At 5'2" and 130 pounds, 520 cc implants are large and heavy. I would suggest going down to around 300 to 350 max.
