Why is my upper lip is getting close to columella? Is my philtrum too short after surgery? (Photos)

May 1 ,2017 i have a motor accident which cause damage to my mouth, lip and nose.. my problem is my lip and columella is really too close and around my philtrum area some of my stiches had a keloid? is keloid afftecting my upper lip and pulled up to columella..? thanks for who will answers.. godbless

Asvehla. You have a very pretty smile and your lip asymmetry is minimal. While your asymmetry is probably due to different muscle activity, it is very hard to correct with Botox and more likely to over-correct and make the asymmetry worse and your smile unnaturally crooked.  My advice; Do No...
