May 1 ,2017 i have a motor accident which cause damage to my mouth, lip and nose.. my problem is my lip and columella is really too close and around my philtrum area some of my stiches had a keloid? is keloid afftecting my upper lip and pulled up to columella..? thanks for who will answers.. godbless

Having lumps is common after lip filler. It may be secondary to inflammation versus accumulation of HA filler. It is fine to massage the area. Give it two weeks after the procedure for the inflammation to resolve.
