Is snoring after Rhinoplasty normal?

At 11 days post surgery you will still have swelling inside your nostrils and that could be responsible for your snoring. If this is due to swelling it should improve over the next 2-3 weeks. The snoring is caused by external and internal swelling resulting from your surgery.  It should resolve with time.  If you are still snoring by 4-6 weeks post-op, then I would discuss it with your surgeon.

After a rhinoplasty, there is swelling present throughout the nose, including the internal structures. This can lead to turbulent airflow within the nose which can produce snoring. There is essentially some element of nasal obstruction caused by the swelling. This should improve and subside as the nose continues to heal but can take several weeks to resolve. Be patient and make sure you are following up with your rhinoplasty surgeon throughout the healing process.
