This will almost certainly improve over time. Two weeks is incredibly early to be thinking about revision procedures. As you mentioned you are still very swollen and this is likely contributing to the asymmetry that troubles you. It takes one year to see the final result of your nose. The swelling will resolve over that period of time and it is probable that you will not need a revision. Be patient and you should not need a revision.
