Followup: Does kenalog only thin skin, or does it actually harm inner nasal cartilages & cartilage grafts if used incorrectly?

irsi
Thick, oily skinned patient planning on a revision using ear cartilage. Worried about damaging my current nose if I do not have a careful post-operative plan. I think I will be prone to future heavy scar tissue formation & would prefer the option of the injections, but I want to plan this safely. What do I need to know about kenalog when used for patients with thick skin, certain cartilage grafting, but also prior trauma (prior surgeries)?
