PRP vs Picosure, what is better for the dark areas on my face?

Good Day Doctors: Im planning to have my Picosure this coming Nov. 2016 on dark areas on my face due to different chemical peelings i used for years. Recently, i stumbled upon on PRP. Which one could give me the best result between the Picosure and PRP. Thanks so much.
