PRP vs Picosure, what is better for the dark areas on my face?

Good Day Doctors: Im planning to have my Picosure this coming Nov. 2016 on dark areas on my face due to different chemical peelings i used for years. Recently, i stumbled upon on PRP. Which one could give me the best result between the Picosure and PRP. Thanks so much.

In my opinion, topical PRP is useful for rejuvenating and speeding healing of skin. By itself, it does not improve pigmentation. Make sure  you receive pretreatment with a bleaching cream for any pigmentation procedures. Good luck.

I wouldn't use PRP for pigmentation. I believe you would have a better result for pigmention with PICO in the hands of a skilled provider.
