is a purified protein used to address wrinkles associated with facial
expression. It is difficult to make an assessment without being able to see the full face. However there are a number of treatments available for the lower face. Voluma can be placed in the upper cheeks to pull up on the lower face, giving a heart shaped appearance and improving the appearance of nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and jowls as well as improving jawline definition. Thread lift can provide similar results. Botox can be placed in the masseter muscle to contour the lower face. Liposuction of the face can remove excess fat. Often times a combination approach yields the best results. Different physicians have different preferences. This does not mean that one is right or one is wrong. Botox can be a very effective option for thinning the lower face. When injected into the masseter muscles of the jaw, it can help to narrow the jaw. Takes about a month to see results and should be repeated at least twice a year. Good treatment to start with since it's easy and works!

Neurotoxins such as botox for masseters are extremely effective in slimming the face.  Initially, you may require more than one session to see the desired effect.  If you are still dissatisfied even after multiple sessions, then you might consider alternative options.  

Wide or Chubby face in young people can be because of any of the following reasons:
1. Bone structure
2. Enlarged masseter muscle
3. Buccal fat pad
