Will Botox subdue these neck muscles? Age 38. (photos)

Slender build. My hair and skin have always been finer/thinner than I would like, so bones and muscles can be prominent. The muscles/tendons at the front/base of my neck have become more obvious in recent years, and I'd love to subdue them if possible. I don't think gaining weight of building chest muscle would quite do it. I have heard about Botox for neck bands, but have not seen before and after photos of it used on this specific area (see photos; yes, I am tensing/flexing here). Thoughts?
