Slender build. My hair and skin have always been finer/thinner than I would like, so bones and muscles can be prominent. The muscles/tendons at the front/base of my neck have become more obvious in recent years, and I'd love to subdue them if possible. I don't think gaining weight of building chest muscle would quite do it. I have heard about Botox for neck bands, but have not seen before and after photos of it used on this specific area (see photos; yes, I am tensing/flexing here). Thoughts?

Years ago, when botox was new, we advised patients to not lye flat for 4 hours after treatment. Years later there is no evidence that it migrates out of the muscle. I wouldn't worry at all about it.
