I recently used a product from Philippines, derma fairy skin set. Peeled and burned my face. Help me fix it please (Photo)

Dear patient, It is hard to say from the photos but the burn appears relatively superficial. There is no scabbing or pus so it is probably not infected. I suggest a topical cream called Aquaphore ( a Vaseline like healing lotion) twice a day for 2-3 days. Then switch to a topical over the counter anti-inflammatory cream such as 1% hydro cortisone cream for 2 days. The most important thing is to keep the area clean and away from the sun to avoid blotchy and hyper-pigmented skin after the skin has healed. I hope this was helpful. Yours Dr David R.

I agree with what Dr. Rahimi said. It's important to keep the area moist and protected from the sun. From your photos you appear relatively young which means your skin should repair itself quickly. If it continues or looks bad in about a month, I'd recommending seeing a dermatologist in person. Please know that there are no "skincare" products that are approved by the FDA.
