I've had an indent & quite square tip of my nose for as long as i can remember and its really starting to bother me, i'm not in the position to falk out thousands on going under the knife to have it permanently fixed just yet but wondering if some sort of filler would do the trick? thanks excuse the bad picture, best i could get!
Answer: Nasal highlight don't necessarily need to be filled --> individualize. Your picture shows a mild cleft or crease at the front of the nasal tip, extending into the columella (the bridge of skin at the bottom of the nose between the nostrils). Light-reflecting highlights like this often make a nose look more feminine or unique; this is analogous to a dimple in the cheek. I don't think they need to be filled in most cases. Filling these areas can make the nose look more amorphous, less delicate. Like surgical rhinoplasty, non-surgical rhinoplasty is complex and requires careful analysis and technique, as well as a thorough informative discussion with your plastic surgeon. Good luck. Good question.

Answer: Do i have a Bifid nose? Would filler help? We have had very good success and happy patients who desired a nonsurgical approach for filling a bifid nasal tip. We use microdroplet Silikon1000, and treatment results are permanent. No risk of necrosis, or biofilm with Silikon-1000. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

Answer: Non-surgical rhinoplasty Hello,Thank you for your photo. This is a great area to have filler placed. It is not permanent so this might give you a better idea if you decide you want to have surgery in the future. Make sure you are going to an experienced injector who has done several procedures and discuss your treatment plan and goals. Sincerely,Dr. Chase Lay, MD

Answer: Non-surgical rhinoplasty Hello! Yes, it is likely that filler would suit your needs and could be a great alternative to a surgical rhinoplasty. While filler is not permanent, there are options that could last for years. I have seen excellent results when using filler to make small corrections in nasal irregularities. I would recommend a consultation with an experienced injector as an in person consultation is an extremely valuable part of any cosmetic procedure. At our practice, we'll print out each patient's "before" pictures during consultations to review in detail with patients. This helps us to have a clear understanding of the correction that our patients would like to see which is an important part of achieving optimal outcomes.

Answer: Do i have a Bifid nose? this is a GREAT indication for filler. It takes about .2 cc usually and will last 2-3 years in my experience, it changes the look of the whole nose for the better. Only use restylane or similar HA filler.
