Yes, you can change the shape of the double eyelid folds simply by re-suturing the fold to the tarsal plate differently.  However this should not be done until all the swelling have subsided and the incision has "matured".  This usually takes about six months

Based on your photo, your inner corner do not have excess epicanthal fold. In this case, converting from parallel to taper is not feasible but if you have excess epicanthal fold, this can be achieved quite easily. I suggest once healing takes place and you still do not like the size of crease then you can seek consultation. Lowering the crease is quite easy and can be performed.Thanks,Dr.Choi

Yes, it is possible to revise to a tapered crease, as well as lower the eyelid crease. You would need an experience eyelid surgeon that has specific training in Asian Eyelid Anatomy and Surgery.

Morning!  Thank you for the photo.The answer is basically never.  I perform Asian eyelid surgery everyday and revisions very frequently.  It is often impossible to reverse a parallel crease.  The good news is you should leave it alone and it will be a much more subtle parallel, almost tapered looking crease in the future.Leave it be.Chase Lay MDAsian eyelid surgery specialist

hibased on your history and picture, it is still in the process of healing.  revision surgery is always a possibility but you need to be re evaluated close to 1 year from your surgery.  for now, I do not recommend any revision surgery. hope this helps.david kahng md
