Thin tissue after first implant failure - what can I do to help it work? (Photos)

I have Butt implant surgery scheduled with a board certified doctor. He says there is a 70% chance of it being a success because the first ones I had caused the muscle/tissue to stretch paper thin. I’ve asked him a million questions but was hoping for more advice and answers from other doctors on here. What can I do to help it work? Follow recovery ofc and should I workout to grow the muscle after? What else can be done to keep them in. I’ve had the old ones removed for awhile now to heal tissue
