It would first be very helpful to not only see more photo angles but also bent over profile side-view and oblique views. Additionally, more information about the type and shape of implants. What does seem apparent is that the implants are foreshortened, meaning they do not extend the entire length of the buttock. This produces a step-off deformity at the lower pole of the buttock cheek and is often accentuated when bending over. If this is indeed the case, removal of these implants and replacement with the proper length Stanton Anatomic®️ buttock implants should significantly improve and create more of a realistic natural shape.
