2 years post revision rhinoplasty and left with poor circulation - would exchanging my grafts help?

Anyway if the grafts cause you pain, the solution would be to remove it and get a revision rhinoplasty surgery (maybe with rib cartilage or ear cartilage) and exchanging the grafts to keep the aesthetic.

It could be quite possible that due to a thin and tight skin envelope on the tip of the nose you may experience symptoms your describe. I am not sure whether would placement of a small fascia graft between skin and cartilage, which will provide more thickness to the skin envelope, improve cold intolerance but maintain satisfactory tip shape and projection? In person consultation with 1-2 plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty (even via telemedicin), is recommended. Good luck.
