I recently had a septorhinoplasty to straighten my crooked nose. Dorsal hump removal and cartilage grafting in tip. I am really happy with the result, compared to how awful it use to look There is still an inward curve/angle on right side. Not super noticeble from front view, but gives me two very different 3/4 view profiles. Not surgeons fault, I had this before surgery too. I like my left side. Can I get the same sharp straight line and dip toward the tip on right?

Answer: Would you consider a permanent non-surgical nose job?
Hello! Thank you for your question. To prevent swelling you can use ice after the surgery for a few weeks, and for very thick skin patients we can also recommend using roaccutane for 6 months.
