Is it LLC or ULC that needs fixing?

Im 11 months post revision rhino. Less than a month after my surgery I had direct trauma to nose tip. Can another revision safely fix the sides of my nose, top or bottom half?

Thank you for your question and photos. You do not mention how long ago your surgery was performed. Keep in mind that it can take up to one year for rhinoplasty results to become fully apparent, as swelling can linger for that long. If it has been over a year, it's possible for minor deviations...
