Unfortunately during a revision rhinoplasty, the Doctor completely removed my Inferior turbinates and gave me ENS. My turbinates were fine before surgery, the very same Doctor took a video of my nose inside before surgery and advised me so, I never had breathing issues or hypertrophy. Can I have a second revision when I have ENS? My nose appearance is nothing like what was agreed upon - it’s far too small with a retracted, painful columella and a flat tip. Thank you
