Hi docs! 30 year old mother of 1 suffers from loose vagina…. Very lax I scheduled to have vaginaplasty but I’m curious about perinealplasty too… my only issue is loose vagina should I add a perinealplasty to my procedure… also from the pics does it look like I have prolapse? Main question is do you think I need perinealplasty and does it look like I have prolapse… thanks

Perineoplasty is crucial to restoring grip and a strong vaginal angle. If it's not done, you won't be satisfied. It's not possible to do an adequate assessment for prolapse from your photos. An exam is required.

ThanksIf you have had a booked vaginoplasty I assume you have a gynaecologist/ plastic surgeon who has assessed you and you have had a lengthy discussion about structural and functional issues It may not be best to give you my opinion without insight into all those discussions and what has been found. If you have a child already then your perineum must have healed very well. Unless you had Caesarean Section. Your perineum look intact
