I am a mom of 3 and I would like to have a perineoplasty done. I was diagnosed with a stage 1 rectocele after 3rd birth. The affects of the rectocele do not bother me much. It is more the gaping of my vagina and close proximity of vagina to anus that is bothersome. However, if I am going to get a perineoplasty done I would rather get everything done at once. Is it possible to get perineoplasty and rectocele repair together?

You have excess perineal skin and anal skin tags which can be excised in an office setting under local anesthesia. This could have been done at the time of your labiaplasty, but there's no problem in addressing this now. The goal is to have a smooth perineum and anal region.

I would try ThermiVa or Thermismooth radiofrequency to tighten and smoothen the skin. Never tried it there before but I think it would help and may avoid risky surgery in this area.
