I’m 23 and I can’t really remember any big thing that happened to me besides getting a really bad massage with a lot of pressure on the back area of my neck that may or may mot have caused this.

Other options besides surgery include fillers and laser resurfacing. Fillers would add additional volume to your tear trough and laser resurfacing would tighten the skin. In my hands I prefer surgery over fillers. Best to see an eyelid expert.
