Hello Qweqwe123097! My name is Jessica, I am a physician assistant, and one of the providers at Shah Facial Plastics. This is a great question. Based on the image, I recommend trying a dermal filler to treat the undereye area. You will have instant results and an illuminating effect. I highly recommend and hope this helps!
As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo you have a droopy eyelid. Only solution is a Eyelid Surgery.filling is not a solution. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best regards!
Filler targeted to the brow roll (between the brow and upper eyelid) may help fill in the hollow appearance that you are seeing. It does not look like your lid is drooping in this photograph, but of course a complete eyelid exam by board-certified plastic surgeon would need to confirm this. Good luck!
Based on your photo, you have mild asymmetrical droopy lower lids. This can either be natural, endocrine related, from a past blepharoplasty or past trauma. Obviously an “in person” consult with a board certified specialist would be an order. They can determine which layer of the lower eyelid is responsible for the droop and its relationship to the eyeball itself. If mild and fairly flexible, flexible can certainly help -in expert hands- utilizing advanced, vertical techniques. Surgery is certainly an option, involving a canthoplasty, with or without a spacer graft.Best of luck !
Blepharoplasty, also known as eyelid surgery, is a cosmetic surgical procedure that aims to improve the appearance of the eyelids by removing excess skin, fat, and sometimes muscle from the upper and/or lower eyelids. The procedure can help reduce droopy or sagging eyelids, remove bags under the...
Asymmetry after upper blepharoplasty surgery can be due to a variety of reasons. Uneven brow positions, different size skin resections, and differences in post-operative swelling can create visible differences. In general it is best to wait approximately 3-6 months to see your final result. If...
You have asymmetric tarsal platform show (the distance between the lashes and the brow skin). This is typically caused my slight drooping of one eyelid and resultant brow compensation. This can be improved with surgery to raise the droopy eyelid. Best to see an eyelid expert.
I think you would be a good candidate for a brow lift and upper blepharoplasty combo. This would make you look younger and more refreshed. Your lower eyelids look pretty good to me in that you don't have real large bags, maybe consider lower eyelid CO2 laser to tighten the skin and smooth the...
Whether you can undergo upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) after having cataract and glaucoma surgery depends on several factors, including your overall health, the specific surgical techniques used in your previous eye surgeries, and the recommendations of your eye specialist or...
For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
