Dent above implant - is this something to worry about? (Photo)

Hi the first time I got my implants done, one bottomed out a year later so I had a a revision done with the Galaflex internal bra. It’s been 3 years since I’ve had them done and this past month I noticed a dent above one of them that hasn’t went away. It’s minor and not that noticeable except for certain angles but I am just worried about needing another revision. I also workout a lot (bodybuilding) so I don’t know if maybe I could’ve done something to cause it. Is this something to worry about?
