Question

Hello, I upsized my breast implants from 360-560cc with photos attached. I would like to go back down to my 360cc implants as I feel they look way better and fit my frame more, plus smaller implants = less complications in the future. I am 27, no children, no plans to have children, & started with an A cup (560 has brought me to a D/DD, 360 had me at a big B/small C) Can i obtain nice results after 3 surgeries? Should I get mesh? Any advice welcome please and thank you

I agree that you look better with the smaller implants.  The larger implants have stretched your skin and creates a bit of symmastia.  You need smaller implants and may need a breast lift as well.  If you go with smaller implants, you will need to plicate the pockets laterally and inferiorly and you may need mesh as well to keep them separate.

generally speaking, it is possible to get 3rd BA surgery and still look good. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Yes, go down in size and be comfortable. Plus, the smaller size fits your frame better and makes you look more slim.  with smaller implants, you may not need mesh, but the lateral pockets will need to be tightened.

reducing the size will be of benefit. You may also want to consider implant removal and volume restoration with fat grafting.
