What is the youngest age to get butt implants?

It is very difficult to determine the exact size and shape implant you will require to best match your ideal butt image without an examination by a board certified plastic surgeon. Not just any board certified plastic surgeon, but one with many years of frequently performing breast augmentation surgery including different approaches, techniques and implant choices. This is because several measurements not to mention your breast characteristics are needed to determine the optimal implant size to obtain your goals. Without knowing these dimensions it would be difficult to make this determination. For example, the existing base width of your buttock will determine, in many cases, the maximal volume per implant profile that you can accommodate. Liposuction of your lower back and fat transfer is also helpful as an adjunct to implants. Using “want to be” photos however are useful if simply provided to the surgeon.

Dear young lady,    Even though you might have your parent's consent, I would recommend to wait at least 2 more years, because you are still in a phase of you life where your body did not reach it's full growth. Once your body stopped growing, an exact size implants can be selected for you and you will not have to go through additional surgery in the future. Always, consult with board certified plastic surgeons who perform surgery in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive. Indeed for cosmetic purposes, the youngest age is 18 years old. For reconstructive purposes, I have placed buttock implants in patients as young as 16 years old with parental consent. Like any surgery that involves transforming a body part for cosmesis instead of function, it is best to wait until the patient (and the body part in question) is fully grown and developed before affecting a "permanent" change.  For some body parts in some patients that is actually 21 or 22 years old. In my practice, my policy for the youngest age for cosmetic procedures such as butt implants is age 18.  The patient should be able to sign his or her own consents and understand clearly the risks and benefits of all procedures.
