Thank you for your question.  Depending on what needs to be done, it is very likely that you could combine these procedures together.  If it is a matter of cost, it really will be up to you on what you would like done first.  Get a few consults from board certified plastic surgeons.  Good luck.  

You can have a breast augmentation and then lipo, or lipo and then a breast augmentation, or you can have the procedures done simultaneously. Provided you go to an experienced plastic surgeon who does these procedures together frequently, there is no increased risk. Of course the benefit is getting it all done in one operation and recovering from both procedures simultaneously, and the results tend to complement one another. There are plenty of examples of women having combined body/breast procedures on my website. I attached a link. Rather than taking 2 weeks off work, you can take 1 week off (unless your work is very physical) and go on vacation during your second week off, with your enhanced figure!
