What you want done is completely up to you.Rhinoplasty which typically starts at $5,500 depending on the area you live. To make sure you get the best possible result, the surgeon should perform a detailed exam of the nose and provide a realistic goal that you and your surgeon agree upon. best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  There are many techniques which can be used for thick skin in ethnic rhinoplasty, including cartilage reshaping, grafting, and soft tissue debulking.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Ethnic Rhinoplasty is by far the most challenging cosmetic operation in cosmetic surgery. This because the anatomy and skin thickness requires special techniques to achieve desired results. You are a great candidate for Ethnic Rhinoplasty. You can make your nose more harmonious and still preserve your ethnicity. Based on the photos you provided, you seem to have a bulbous wide tip, and wide nasal bridge. The bulbous tip needs to be reshaped, grafts may need to be used for the tip as well as the bridge of your nose. The bridge of your nose will have to be reconstructed, the nostrils narrowed. You are off to a great start as you know what you want to change about your nose. This surgery can be customized to each individual based on desired results. Do your research online and try to choose a surgeon that can deliver results that you seek. Surgeons before and afters will help you with that. Choosing the right surgeon who has experience is imperative; you want to avoid any revision in the future.
