Cellfina is the best treatment for cellulite -- however, a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement. Because Cellfina does more than just release the fibrous cord that pulls the dimple down, it is not unusual to see results evolve over several months.  The body is generating new collagen and replenishing lost volume in the area as part of the healing process. Once you achieve results, remember that you get to keep them for many years!  It is also possible in some that additional treatments such as Thermage to tighten skin or fillers to augment volume are recommended to treat the complete problem where it exists.

In Cellfina trials most people saw the best results at 2 years post treatment. Some people do start to see results before then, but usually the maximum results are at 2 years.
