If I have RA and take mextratrate and Folic Aid can I get the Sculptra butt lift with injections?

Thank you for your question, yes, Sculptra can be used to improve the shape of the buttocks. Keep in mind, the buttocks need numerous vials of Sculptra over time to build volume, and in some instances the results are subtle and will need to be combined with fat or implants to achieve desired results. I believe you still would be a good candidate for this treatment. Methotrexate does not interfere with the type of inflammation we like with Sculptra. But I would say you should try the first treatment and see how much response you get and then get the second session. 

Even though methotrexate treatment is designed to decrease inflammation in the body, the type of inflammation that occurs with the use of Sculptra is somewhat different.
