Its really hard to make a judgment by the pictures you posted, but I would say that there is always something that can be done to make your eyes look less tired and more pleasing. I would recommend you going to see an oculoplastic surgeon in person to discuss options. Hope this helps.

Best to see an oculoplastic specialist for in person consultation. You may consider the following procedure but need evaluation first. You also have mild upper lid ptosis.

The ptosis is slightly worse on the right side.  You also have bilateral upper eyelid lash ptosis.  This can be corrected with an approach I call micro structured blepharoplasty at which time an anterior levator aponeurosis ptosis repair can be performed.  Most surgeons will be uncomfortable operating on such a small amount of upper eyelid ptosis.  You need an aesthetically oriented eyelid surgeon for this.  This is not blepharoplasty.  The ptosis repair is specialized.
