You have a strong inside fold. Taking this to an outside fold with epicanthal surgery has a very high risk of placing a very unacceptable scar in a highly visible area of your face. Once this is done, you will be disfigured for life. It is not a reasonable risk to encourage someone to do. You also have a strong upper eyelid fold. However you have a clean upper eyelid platform. Could you have upper belpharoplasty to increase the apparent size of your eyelid platform and reduce the fullness of the upper eyelid fold? Yes absolutely. Here is the rub. It is most likely that you and your surgeon will misunderstand what is being asked for. Too much skin and fat removal will skeletonize the upper eyelid. You will look older not better. Please be careful what you look for.
Thank you for your question. You upper eyelids look okay, there is a small fold which does not appear to be a real problem. The swelling in the lower eyelids should not require surgery. Please find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area who has experience in doing these proceduresAll The Best !

Yes moving the orbits forward is possible through craniofacial surgery. however, this is not a cosmetic procedure. It is usually done in conjunction with a neurosurgeon and involves a huge scalp incision.
Malar bags are the junction between the thin eyelid skin and the thicker cheek skin. Attempts at suctioning out the fat in the malar bag have unfortunately only given mixed results. People with thin skin and usually over 50 can do very well with a direct excision of skin and subcutaneous t...
Dear ally199, I would suggest that you leave your eyes alone and do not surgically alter them. The scleral show that you have is often referred to as bedroom eyes and is natural in some patients. Scleral show that is unattractive is when it is caused by surgery when excessive skin is removed...
