Being overweight is not a contraindication to having an upper eyelid bleparopalsty.  You should make sure that your blood pressure is well controlled before having surgery.  A healthy diet is important for healing.

There are various options for sunken hollow under eyes with dark circles. 1) Filler injection (see video below); 2) fat injection; 3) tear trough implant. See an oculoplastic specialist.

Since you are only 2 weeks out from your surgery, the malar bags may still be swelling.  I would wait another 6-8 weeks for the swelling to completely resolve.  If the bags are still there at that point you may need further treatment.  I would also follow up with your surgeon.
