You do have a small amount of lateral inferior scleral show.  However, this is considered to be attractive as it makes the eyes look big.  Lateral canthoplasty is not a cosmetic surgery.  It is capable of raising the outer corner where the eyelids meet.  However this does not necessarily make you look pretty.  It can also make you look freakish.  There is no substitute for a personal consultation to determine what makes the most sense for you.

Dear ally199, I would suggest that you leave your eyes alone and do not surgically alter them. The scleral show that you have is often referred to as bedroom eyes and is natural in some patients. Scleral show that is unattractive is when it is caused by surgery when excessive skin is removed making an unnatural appearance to the eyes. Leave well enough alone you have beautiful eyes.
