8 weeks post-op. I'm on the last hook of my stage 1 faja. Is it safe to start using the stage 2 without affecting my results?

I'm almost 8 weeks post I've been wearing a stage one garment size large I'm on the last hook I have a stage 2 faja size medium is it safe to put the stage 2 without ab board or lumbar board without hurting my butt I have no more swelling on my stomach no fluids I want to compress my stomach without killing my fat on my butt or hurting my results
