Can I massage these lumps out of my lips? I still have multiple lumps in my lips. (Photos)

Thank you for your question. Yes, you can try to massage the lumps to help resolve them. However, as it is past the 2 week mark you can also inject them with an enzyme to help dissolve them if they are due to filler. I recommend having a follow up with your injector for an evaluation and to discuss any concerns you may have. Best of Luck!

I always advise patients to do gentle massaging with one finger on each side of the lip (inside and out) to help decrease the swelling and smooth out the lumps however once the 2 week period has passed, if the lumps are still visible, you have the option to have your physician inject hyaluronidase or hylenex which is an enzyme the dissolves hyaluronic acid lumps/bumps. It typically takes 24 hours to see the result of the dissolving agent. Best of luck to you.
