Hyperpigmentation can be improved with a combination of Cosmelan, lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Thank you for your question and photos.  It looks like what you are experiencing is called Tyndall effect.  This is caused when hyaluronic acid is injected to close to the surface of the skin.  Juvederm is a clear product and when light passes through it, the light waves scatter, causing it to appear blue.  You can do a couple of things to help reduce this: massage, attempt to express it out, or have it removed by injecting hyaluronidase.  Next time you choose to have filler, make sure it done with someone that is familar with good technique.  I hope that answers you question.

It looks like you have some post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (skin's reaction to injury) after your injections, which is more common in darker skin types. Sun screen is a must. Using a skin brightening product such as Lytera, or Discoloration Defense should help.
